Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel located right in Gracia, surrounded by countless bars and restaurants offering a plethora of food and drink options. The rooms were incredibly soothing and very comfortable, making it a perfect retreat in early June. The service was a bit lacking, with instances of staff going out of their way but also some issues with management responsiveness. The location, although fantastic and quiet, stood out as the only major advantage compared to similar quality hotels in the city. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially with its proximity to Park Guell and the metro. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay with a few improvements needed.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy and the breakfast was good, but the lack of a refrigerator and noise from the street were bothersome. The service was courteous and helpful, especially in a nice neighborhood. The location was convenient, close to a metro station and in a pleasant area. The dining options were decent, but could be more varied. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor inconveniences.
The hotel's rooms were very clean and a good size, featuring a lovely sofa, mini fridge, and safe. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready on time, causing a disappointment. The rooms, overall, were spacious by European standards.
I stayed at the hotel and found that although the rooms were pretty nice, the ongoing construction works caused too much noise, making it hard to sleep. On the bright side, the hotel is conveniently located on the ground floor.
My stay at the hotel was a great escape from the city heat in August, located right in Gracia with numerous bars and restaurants offering plenty of food and drink options. However, the room did not have a refrigerator, and it was a bit inconvenient that ice was only available by requesting it at the restaurant. There was also a peculiar smell in the room that was a downside.
The hotel had clean and nicely decorated rooms with great bathrooms, although the closed space was disappointing and took extra time. The service was exceptional, especially Gio at the reception, offering professional and friendly assistance. The location was perfect for my needs, with cozy rooms and convenient access to various attractions via L3. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good selection of items, although the soup was subpar.
